Data we collect
We collect only the data necessary to provide the Unilitix analytics service. This includes: • Session events (taps, screens, gestures) from your mobile app • Device metadata (OS version, model, screen size) • Network type (WiFi, 2G, 3G, 4G) — never carrier or IMEI • Crash reports and stack traces • Custom events and properties you explicitly send via the SDK We do not collect personally identifiable information (PII) unless you pass it via the identify() method. Input fields are masked by default.
How we use your data
Data collected via the Unilitix SDK is used solely to: • Power your analytics dashboard • Generate session recordings, heatmaps and funnel reports • Detect crashes and performance issues • Improve the Unilitix platform We never sell your data to third parties. We never use your users' data for advertising purposes.
Data retention
Data retention periods depend on your plan: • Free plan — 30 days • Pro plan — 90 days • Business plan — 1 year You can request deletion of all data at any time by contacting support@unilitix.com. Deletion is processed within 30 days.
Your rights
You and your users have the right to: • Access all data we hold about you • Request correction of inaccurate data • Request deletion of your data (right to erasure) • Export your data in machine-readable format • Opt out of analytics via Unilitix.optOut() To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@unilitix.com.
Security
We take security seriously: • All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) • Data at rest is encrypted (AES-256) • We are SOC 2 Type II compliant • Regular penetration testing • GDPR and NDPA (Nigeria Data Protection Act) compliant
