Use of service
By using Unilitix, you agree to: • Use the SDK only in applications you own or have rights to instrument • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or extract the SDK source code • Not use Unilitix to collect data from users without their knowledge • Comply with applicable data protection laws in your jurisdiction (including GDPR, NDPA, POPIA) • Not resell, sublicense or transfer your Unilitix account
Acceptable use
Unilitix may not be used to: • Track users without consent in jurisdictions that require it • Collect sensitive personal data (health, financial, biometric) without explicit configuration and user consent • Circumvent any platform's terms of service (Google Play, Apple App Store) • Conduct illegal surveillance or monitoring
Billing & refunds
• Free tier is free forever with usage limits • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually • Annual plans receive a 20% discount • Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle • Refunds are available within 14 days of first payment • We reserve the right to suspend accounts for non-payment after 14 days notice
Liability
Unilitix is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for: • Loss of data due to service interruptions • Indirect or consequential damages • Actions taken based on analytics insights Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you via email and in-app notification at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of Unilitix after changes constitutes acceptance.
